Structured pump fault diagnosis
A pump fault is not always the pump itself. We check the electrical supply, control panel, floats, level controls, pressure switches, pipework, valves, pump condition and system duty before recommending repair or replacement.
Symptoms we investigate
We help with pumps not starting, pumps tripping electrics, pumps running continuously, low water pressure, high level alarms, noisy pumps, blocked impellers, failed capacitors, overloads and unreliable controls.
Preventing repeat faults
Good fault finding should not only reset an alarm. It should identify why the fault happened and whether servicing, cleaning, controls, valves, replacement parts or a full pump replacement is needed.
