Include the pump make and model, what the system serves, current symptoms, alarm lights or codes, the site postcode and whether the issue is urgent. Photographs of the rating plate, pump and external control panel are useful when they can be taken safely.
How the enquiry is routed
Pump enquiries are reviewed by Alton Pumps. Where a project also needs excavation, chamber work, concrete bases, pipework, rising mains or reinstatement, the civil-installation requirement can be coordinated with Alton Facility Services.
